Our Take
McMinnville offers decent schools, affordable homes for its median income, and a quiet small‑town vibe, but its low walkability, occasional crime, and rodent issues mean you’ll still need a car and stay alert. It’s a solid choice for families or retirees who want a slower pace and aren’t relying on public transit.
